If there is one thing that sets us apart from our competition, it is our staff. Our staff is always dressed uniformly in grey shirts, presenting a professional image. They are of high moral character and always polite, and we have been told countless times that when we arrive on a construction job, the morale of other subcontractors increases due to the way we carry ourselves. Landon Wise
Landon Wise - Founder / CEO
Growing up in construction, I knew I wanted to work in the industry but not necessarily building houses. I developed a love for gardening at a young age, while working in my fathers’ & grandparents’ gardens. So, landscaping seemed to fit and that’s what I chased.
While attending college I worked as a foreman at the campus greenhouse, gaining hands-on experience with the growth and maintenance of trees and shrubs. After graduating from Auburn University in 2005 with a B.S. in Landscape Horticulture I returned home to Niceville, FL. and opened Wyscape in 2006.
My #1 passion is family! My wife, Tricia, is the rock and I truly would not be where I am at today without her. We have three amazing children; Levi, Ellie, and Harper. After family, the rest of my life is devoted to hunting and working on the family farm!
Jaede Williams
Jaede Williams - Chief Operations Officer
A north Florida native, and Niceville local, I have been here with Wyscape for over 10 years. After college I originally made my living in professional fishing until finding my place here working in a field I love.
Growing up outdoors, I spend much of my free time with my lovely wife and 3 children out in the sun usually at little league or out on the boat.
Shannon DeWyn
Shannon DeWyn - Director of Administration
My family and I recently relocated to Niceville. Prior to coming to work for Wyscape, I was an office manager for 19 years at a water filtration company. I am also in the process of receiving my bookkeeping certificate.
In my free time I enjoy going to the beach and making memories with my kids exploring our new surroundings.
Benito Vela Pena
Benito Vela Pena - Project Manager
Originally from Mexico, I have been a Florida resident for 20 years and have spent the last 10 here at Wyscape. I am an accomplished manager and enjoy using my skills to contribute to the overall success of our business.
I have worked form the ground up and have expert knowledge in every aspect of this company. I spend my free time with my amazing wife and 3 wonderful kids who are my everything.
Krystin Freed
Krystin Freed - Account Manager for Maintenance
I’ve always had a love for the outdoors. My degrees in Landscape Architecture and B.S. in Landscape Contract and Management have helped that love grow in to a passion and now career. After interning in Central Florida for my college education, I knew that one day I would be back in Florida to start my career. Four years and two degrees later, I made the big decision to move to Florida.
I thoroughly enjoy helping others create the yard of their dreams, and being part of a wonderful team to make this happen is even more exciting. I look forward to growing as an Account Manager and helping my team become the best that they absolutely can.
Deven Crawford
Deven Crawford - Irrigation Service Tech
Hello, my name is Deven Crawford. I have two amazing children, and a wonderful wife. I was born and raised in Iowa, but Florida has been our home for the last few years. God, my family, and my career are the three most important aspects in my life, and motivate me to be better every day.
I’ve always loved being outdoors, and fortunately have a career that allows me to be in the environment I thrive best in. I started out doing lawn care maintenance for quite some time. My passion continued to grow and I wanted to keep challenging myself. I started expanding my knowledge and began learning irrigation. I quickly knew irrigation was something I wanted to pursue to the best of my ability. I’m now dedicated to learning the best and newest techniques in the industry. Customer communication is important to me, and I try to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with my work. I enjoy having a part in making the earth a more bright, and healthy place one yard at a time.
