Our BRONZE Presentation includes:
- A 2D, scaled, electronic formatted plan (.PDF)
- The plan will include existing features that are involved in the scope of the work (house, trees, pool, etc.)
- All new landscape or hardscape features will be drawn to size, with labels, quantities and descriptions included.
- After two revisions, a fee of $100 per hour will be charged for each additional revision.
Our SILVER Presentation includes:
- A 2D, scaled, electronic formatted plan (.PDF)
- The plan will include existing features that are involved in the scope of the work (house, trees, pool, etc.)
- All new landscape or hardscape features will be drawn to size, with labels, quantities and descriptions included.
- Smaller characteristics of your home are included to convey a closer representation of your home and property.
- Plant symbols are more realistic and color-coded, hardscape hues and paver layouts shown, more overall detail and other features of the plans are enhanced and easier to comprehend.
- After two revisions, a fee of $100 per hour will be charged for each additional revision.
Our GOLD Presentation includes:
- A 2D, scaled, electronic formatted plan (.PDF)
- The plan will include existing features that are involved in the scope of the work (house, trees, pool, etc.)
- All new landscape or hardscape features will be drawn to size, with labels, quantities and descriptions included.
- Smaller characteristics of your home are included to convey a closer representation of your home and property.

- For an additional charge, we can provide a video walk-around of your whole property.
- PLUS – 3D Viewpoints of your conceptual project.
