Office hours are Monday-Thursday 9am -4pm we do our best to answer all calls, but if we do miss your call please leave a message and someone will return your call within 24 hours.  During the job process you will be given an emergency number to call in case you need immediate assistance.

The jobs we normally take are priced from $2,000 on up. We have not had to turn down a large project because of its scale or complexity.

Yes, we welcome both commercial and residential projects.

Most meetings will take place at your residence and/or on the jobsite. We will do our best to work around your schedule.

After our first meeting we will schedule a follow up meeting to review the design and estimate.  After the estimate is signed work could begin within the next 2 weeks, or longer depending on the seasonal peak periods. 

Complete installation varies on the size of the project and the seasonal peak periods.  You will be informed along the way as to the estimated date of completion. 

We utilize local nurseries and native plants whenever possible, but also make use of several top nurseries in the state of Florida (and across the US when needed). Your particular design and landscaping needs will determine where we acquire the materials required for the project.

We love our crew and have to keep their safety in mind. Bad weather conditions are usually avoided. We take the weekends off because we want to spend time with our families and need to recharge our batteries. Then, we are fresh and ready to work hard all week.

We are in route to the job site between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We prearrange arrival times with clients based on travel time and/or pick-up requirements and normally work until around 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Yes, we are licensed and insured, copies available upon request.

Wyscape has been in business since 2006, with prior years of construction and landscape experience. 

We can usually schedule a meeting within 2-3 days.

Whatever it is—we can handle it. We have transplanted a 25’ Live Oak across town, resurfaced a pool deck with a cobble stone pavers, installed a 2000 sq. ft. paver patio/driveway on the side of Hwy 98 with no parking, and have had a semi load of Medjool Palms delivered from California. Whatever it is you are seeking, we can handle it. We believe that anything is possible as long as the design will be functional, aesthetically pleasing and safe.

We accept checks, cash, ACH, and credit card payments (3% charge for credit)

We have several crews who perform different tasks.  Depending on the scope of work you may only see one crew at your site, or multiple.  All crews are highly trained and experienced.  Our employees are known for their professional appearance, customer friendliness and devotion to prodiving quality work on each and every job.

We know a reputation is a hard thing to earn, but easy to loose, so we pride ourselves on punctuation. On the rare occasion a problem arises, we will inform our clients and offer an opportunity to reschedule.

We welcome your attendance, but it is entirely optional. You are welcome to take pictures of your landscape process (or to share some cookies with the crew); we have no objection. We will address any access needs before installation begins, such as entrance to the garage to install a controller/timer.

With many years of experience in the landscaping business we can usually accurately predict the duration of a project. But, there are times that unforeseen delays occur. These are normally due to Mother Nature. Please be assured that we will do our best to stay on schedule and will keep our clients informed as to the progress of their installation, especially if we run into any unforeseen issues.
