 (1) Will you answer the phone when I call?
 
If we don’t answer, we may be in a meeting with a client or possibly running equipment. Please leave your name and number, and within 24 hours we will call you back.
 
 (2) Is any job too small or too big?
 
The jobs we normally take are priced from $2,000 on up. We have not had to turn down a large project because of its scale or complexity.
 
 (3) Do you do commercial work?
 
Yes, we welcome both commercial and residential projects.
 
 (4) Do you have insurance?

 (5) How long have you been in the landscaping business?
 
Wyscape has been in business five years, but we have over 10 years of experience in the industry.
 
 (6) How long will it take to get an appointment?
 
We can usually schedule a meeting within 2-3 days.
 
 (7) What time and where are the appointments?
 
We will do our best to work around your schedule. Monday - Thursday 11am to 5 pm and Friday 11am to 3pm.
 
 (8) What type of renovation work are you capable of doing?
 
Whatever it is---we can handle it. We have transplanted a 25’ Live Oak across town, resurfaced a pool deck with a cobble stone pavers, installed a 2000 sq ft paver patio/driveway on the side of Hwy 98 with no parking, and have had a semi load of Medjool Palms delivered from California. Whatever it is you are seeking, we can handle it. We believe that anything is possible as long as the design will be functional, aesthetically pleasing and safe.
 
 (9) How long will it take to have my landscape design completed?
 
During our first appointment, we will schedule the second appointment to review the initial or, if agreed upon, the final design. Usually, the second appointment occurs within two weeks.
 
 (10) How much will my landscape renovation cost?
 
Request a meeting though email or a phone call and we can discuss your needs, desires and budget. These factors will help determine the actual landscape design. We can also create your design to be installed in phases to accommodate your budget. Once a plan has been approved, we will request a signed contract which establishes all of the project particulars so that you understand exactly what services and materials Wyscape is providing.
 
 (11) What forms of payment do you accept?
 
We accept checks and cash.
 
 (12) After the design approval, how long will it take for the installation?
 
Usually, we begin the installation process about two to four weeks after the final design is established.
 
 (13) Who will do the installation?
 
The installation crews we employ, as per our policy, are some of the nicest guys you will meet. They are a hard working bunch of professionals who take pride in their appearance and pleasure in their work. They are trained and experienced and determined to please.
 
 (14) Where do you get your plants?
 
We utilize local nurseries and native plants whenever possible, but also make use of several top nurseries in the state of Florida (and across the US when needed). Your particular design and landscaping needs will determine where we acquire the materials required for the project.
 
 (15) Will the installation crew show up on time?
 
We know a reputation is a hard thing to earn, but easy to loose, so we pride ourselves on punctuation. On the rare occasion a problem arises, we will inform our clients and offer an opportunity to reschedule.
 
 (16) Does the installation crew work when it rains or on weekends?
 
We love our crew and have to keep their safety in mind. Bad weather conditions are usually avoided. We take the weekends off because we want to spend time with our families and need to recharge our batteries. Then, we are fresh and ready to work hard all week.
 
 (17) Do I need to be there for the installation?
 
We welcome your attendance, but it is entirely optional. You are welcome to take pictures of your landscape process (or to share some cookies with the crew); we have no objection. We will address any access needs before installation begins, such as entrance to the garage to install a controller/timer.
 
 (18) What are the hours that the installation crew works?
 
We are in route to the job site between 7:00 to 8:00 am. We prearrange arrival times with clients based on travel time and/or pick-up requirements and normally work until around 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
 
 (19) Will the installation be done on time?
 
We have been in the landscaping business for 5 years and can usually accurately predict the duration of a project. But, there are times that unforeseen delays occur. These are normally due to Mother Nature. Please be assured that we will do our best to stay on schedule and will keep our clients informed as to the progress of their installation, especially if we run into any unforeseen issues.
 
 (20) What is the guarantee after the installation is completed?
 
Our Guarantee policy for landscape is as follows: If Wyscape, LLC purchases, installs, and maintains your landscape, we will warranty our work for the duration of the maintenance contract. Example: If we maintain a property that we landscape for 15 years, the materials and labor would be under warranty the whole time!!!
